RM 10,500 Tuition Subsidy for Foundation in Music applicants in January 2018 semester
The International College of Music (ICOM) is offering a special Early Admissions Tuition Subsidy of RM 10,500 to applicants of the Foundation in Music (FIM) program exclusively for enrollment in the January 2018 semester. This exclusive limited offer tuition subsidy is to encourage and attract Malaysia’s talented young musicians to study for a music degree at ICOM.

Confirm Your Acceptance of Enrollment
Upon receipt of ICOM’s Letter of Admissions on 1st November 2017. Confirm on your acceptance of enrollment by settling the commitment fee of RM10,000 on/by 15th November 2017
Complete payment
Local students must complete all remaining tuition and other applicable fees payment on/by 8th December 2017. International students must complete all fee payment within 2 days after receiving the notification of Visa Approval Letter from Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS)
Not meeting any one or all of the above will render you ineligible to receive this Tuition Subsidy.
FOUNDATION IN MUSIC (FIM)
The Foundation in Music is a 1-year program of 3 equal trimesters that prepares students for either a USA or UK music degree. Students will learn ear training, contemporary harmony, music theory, Blues improvisation, private instruction in a principal instrument, group performance skills and music technology.
Building a strong foundation in music is essential to developing core knowledge and skills to attempt degree level courses in music composition, arranging for small bands and orchestra, jingle writing, scoring music for visuals, music production and music business and management.

ICOM’s admissions are now open for the January 2018 semester!
For the upcoming January 2018 semester, International College of Music (ICOM) is pleased to announce a tuition fee subsidy for all local & international applicants for the Foundation in Music (FIM) program.
The Early Admissions Decision tuition fee subsidy is offered to aid and encourage student musicians, who are about to embark on higher musical education, to apply early and secure their admissions into ICOM.
Applicants must submit their full online application by the 27th of October 2017 to be eligible for the Early Admissions Decision subsidy.
An ICOM student is one who is musically talented, articulate, driven and serious about making music a career. If these describe you, ICOM wants to discover you.

EARLY ADMISSION DECISION SUBSIDY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The subsidy is applicable ONLY for January 2018 semester enrolments.
- The subsidy is open to both international and domestic students. Any new entering students who has applied or deferred from the FIM program before the announcement are not eligible for early admission decision
- The disbursement of the subsidy is as follows:-
- The early admission decision subsidy will be terminated if student defers or withdraws from the FIM program. In the case that a student defers, the tuition fees for the following semester(s) will be automatically reverted to the current (existing) tuition fee. In addition, the student will have to pay back the early admission decision subsidy which he/ she has received in the previous semester(s) in FIM program.
- Students must pay the declaration payment of RM10,000 along with the declaration form signed by November 15th
